It's easily some of the best sushi I've eaten in Tucson. Hana Tokyo is very clean. It is located in a good spot and family-friendly. They have a sushi bar, a hibachi, and a regular menu, so there is a lot going on. I ordered the Vegss and the Mexican rolls, and they were delicious! My server was very patient with me, as it was my first time eating there, and she was the one who suggested I try the rolls I got. Do yourself a favor and check it out.
You can get their lunch special to go and you don't have to just dine in. It's a nice option
Great food, great waitress, the one thing that we did notice was that the barmaid did not make my drink order and the waitress had to go tell her again. Felt bad for the waitress. Barmaid seemed more interested in talking to the people sitting at the bar.
This is some of the best sushi I’ve had. Miso soup was great, salad with ginger dressing is outstanding! We will be back.
We have been here so many times now! My kids love the sweet potato roll. The food is so good the service is awesome!! The place is so clean and so calming. We've gone at lunch and the lunch specials are a good deal and a great variety. My son is a very picky Eater but loves the chicken Katsu on the kids menu. Very big kids portion btw which is awesome cuz my 2 lil ones can share a bento box and it's the right amount.
I ordered from here while on a staycation on Christmas Eve and I thought the food was delicious. I can't vouch for the atmosphere or service but the food was yummy. I ordered the vegetable tempura, kappa Maki (cucumber roll), and the Philadelphia roll. The presentation was nice and the food tasted fresh, I was very pleased. I felt the price was reasonable. I'm glad I accidently found this place and I plan to visit establishment in the future.
